ABC Insurance Agency was registered in Kenya on 4th August 2014, business registration number BN/2014/304328; as an insurance sales intermediary, this is in order to provide such products and services as insurance policies, retirement funds and investment funds.

e partner with reputable service carriers to present and deliver to you informative and best-valued products and services across the country, while offering dedicated and personalized customer experience, through professional and skilled personnel.


Also, we are regulated and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Kenya (IRA), operating license number IRA/05/31670/2019 for the current year 2019, and adhere to rules and regulations by other regulatory authorities’ e.g. Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) and Capital Markets Authority (CMA).

Mr Alexander Oduor Odhiambo is the Managing Partner and Principal Officer at ABC Insurance Agency. He takes the leading role in providing insurance policies, retirement funds and investment funds consultations; directing and mentoring a team of consultants and he is responsible for client relationship and overall agency management.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) from Kenyatta University and a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) from the College of Insurance.

 

And he has over eight years of experience in delivering satisfactory insurance policies, retirement funds and Investment funds products and services to individuals and corporate clients with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in building and maintaining good relationships with staff, clients, regulators, service carriers and providers.

All insurance premiums, retirement funds and investment funds deposits are paid directly to the service carriers’ or premium financiers’ account only through the following modes (thereafter send us proof of payment for further processing of your orders):-

  • Premium Financing Post Dated Cheques

 

Please note Cash Payment is NOT accepted. Service carriers’ bank order forms, salary deduction forms, bank account details, mpesa paybill details will be provided and can also be found on application forms, brochures or service carriers’ website.


 

8.0.       SERVICE CARRIERS’ MPESA PAYBILL NUMBERS

 

Kindly find below Service Carriers’ Mpesa Paybill Numbers. You may use the following as Mpesa Accounts Numbers: Policy Number, ID Number, Passport Number, or Full Name of Policyholder or Applicant. After payment please send us transaction message for further processing of your orders.

 



9.0.           PROOF OF PAYMENT AND FREE POLICY DELIVERY

 

Once we have received your orders and required documents, please make the required payment to the service carrier or insurance premium financier and send us proof of payment in the form of bank slip, bank order form or salary deduction form, cheque or mpesa payment confirmation message.
 
Thereafter we shall immediately submit your order to the service carrier and ensure it is promptly processed. After processing we shall promptly deliver usually within 24 hours, all your payment receipts, policy documents, insurance cards and stickers to your preferred address. We provide free and prompt delivery within Kenya including free claims assistance.


10.0.           CLAIMS AND REFUNDS PROCEDURES

 

a) Kindly contact the Service Carrier immediately
b) Immediately take necessary action to mitigate further loss
c) Download relevant claim forms from service carriers’ or our website
d) Duly complete the claim forms and attach all required documentation
e) Promptly submit to service carrier completed claim forms with all requirements
f) Also, do inform us in every step you take for quick assistance and follow-ups
