PROOF OF PAYMENT AND FREE POLICY DELIVERY


After submitting your orders and required documents, make payment for the orders to service carrier or insurance premier financier and send us proof of payment in the form of bank slip, bank order form, salary deduction form, cheque or mpesa payment confirmation message.

 
Thereafter we shall immediately submit your order to the service carrier and ensure it is promptly processed. After processing we shall promptly deliver usually 
within 24 hours, all your payment receipts, policy letters, policy documents, medical cards and motor stickers to your preferred address. We provide free and prompt delivery within Kenya including free claims assistance.



CLAIMS AND REFUNDS PROCEDURES

 

1. Kindly contact the Service Carrier immediately
2. Immediately take necessary action to mitigate further loss
3. Download relevant claim forms from service carriers’ or our website
4. Duly complete the claim forms and attach all required documentation
5. Promptly submit to service carrier completed claim forms with all requirements
6. Also, do inform us in every step you take for
quick assistance and follow-ups
