2. Our role and services
Now Insurance Agency is an insurance intermediary. We help customers compare insurance options, request quotations, submit applications and communicate with insurers. We do not underwrite insurance risk and do not replace the insurer’s policy documents, underwriting decisions or claims procedures.
Our IRA licence number is IRA/05/31670/2026. Information on this website is general and is not financial, legal or medical advice.
3. Quotations, applications and cover
- Website prices, benefit summaries and comparisons are indicative unless confirmed in writing by the relevant insurer.
- A quotation is not an offer, guarantee of acceptance or evidence of insurance cover.
- Final premiums, exclusions, waiting periods, limits and eligibility are determined by the insurer after reviewing the application.
- Cover begins only when the insurer confirms acceptance and all required premium and documentation have been received.
- The insurer’s policy wording, schedule and endorsements prevail if they differ from a website summary or informal communication.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate and current information, disclose material facts requested by us or an insurer, keep your contact details updated and review all application and policy documents promptly. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Incorrect, incomplete or misleading information may cause a quotation to change or an insurer to decline, cancel or avoid a policy or claim, subject to applicable law and policy terms.
5. Premiums and payments
Now Insurance Agency does not receive, collect or hold premium payments. Applicants must pay all premiums directly to their selected insurer. We will provide or confirm the selected insurer’s official payment instructions to help you pay the insurer directly.
Before making payment, you should verify that the payment instructions identify your selected insurer as the recipient and that the payment channel and reference details are correct. If you are unsure, contact us for confirmation before paying.
We may receive your proof of payment and confirm the payment with the insurer solely to support processing of your application and cover. Our confirmation does not mean that we received the funds and is not, by itself, confirmation that cover has started. Cover begins only after the insurer acknowledges the payment, accepts the application and confirms commencement of cover.
Taxes, levies, fees, instalment arrangements, refunds and cancellations are governed by the selected insurer’s terms and applicable law.
6. Third-party information and links
The website may contain insurer information, provider networks and links to external services. We aim to keep this information useful, but insurers and providers may change prices, benefits, facilities or terms without notice. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, branding and original content belong to Now Insurance Agency or its licensors. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit it without prior written permission.
